Stacey R. Gobert

Raised locally in Spring Branch, West Houston is where Stacey’s roots are proud to be as a native Houstonian. Her childhood included a mom that was always changing things up. Every few months Stacey, her sister and mom, would redecorate and re-arranged the house and move furniture for a different look.

Stacey has a close relationship with her mom and sister as they were raised in a faith based home full of love. Her dad was the creator who showed the family to be thrifty. He taught her the passion of building and creating furniture, restoring and refurbishing pieces, and turning something into whole new meaning.

She pays attention to detail and believes it is a simple change that improves the dimension of the room. A home should be warm and open, with the small details that bring it all together.

Let’s talk a little more about Gobertville! Stacey created the name Gobertville when she married her husband Billy many years ago. That’s when they successfully blended their two families into one and a family of nine became a village that’s growing.

Their seven children range from 12 years to 23 years old! Three of their children are grown and successful in their own lives now and their oldest son and his wife have given them two precious grandchildren who call them Lolly and Pops. #LollyPops.

Today you can still find the four remaining teenagers at home. You can safely say there is never a dull moment in #GobertvilleTX. Stacey’s passion for interior decorating was able to flourish when they moved from Katy, out a little further west, to Brookshire, TX. You can see her visions come to life by advancing her décor talent for every season and holiday. Stacey assures you, she will repurpose furniture and match the perfect lighting in a room if that’s what it takes.

Cheryl Tyer

Cheryl is native Houstonian, with a nurturing heart. She proudly accepts her lifetime member status at the Girls Scouts of America along with her membership with the Katy Lions Club.

Faith was a strong rooted foundation, she gives credit to her God-fearing parents. Her high achieving mindset started at a young age. In high school she stayed focused while attending M.B. Smiley High School, graduating in the top 2nd quarter of her class.
This determined mindset has followed her through life. Cheryl can remember how proud she was of her first promotion, working as a customer service rep. She quickly accelerated becoming the manager. While living in College Station she recalls working at Texas A&M University in two different departments TAES Research and the Texas A&M Copy Center.

When that chapter of her book closed, she packed up and moved to Austin. Here she worked for the Texas Department of Agriculture in the business office. She kept her motivation to push even further. This led to her traveling to 56 counties of Texas where she had the opportunity to explore during her career as a Propane Inspector for the State.

Finally landing in San Antonio is when she was introduced to the floral and interior design industry. This is when her spark for design began as she prepared arrangements for company parties and high-end homes and hotels. Following her path back to Houston, Texas she became involved in Cy Fair and Tomball ISD becoming Coordinator of Custodial Care..

This is where she picked up her experience and learned the aspect of cleaning buildings and homes as well as finding her niche for furniture placement in order to bring offices, classrooms, functions, and events together beautifully. She has proudly served her community over the past 10 years and refined her skills in housekeeping, organizing, and the fung shway of decorating buildings and homes.
