Occupied Home Staging

Home Staging while the home is lived in doesn’t have to be complicated. The hardest thing for me personally, when we were in the process of selling one home while trying to buy another, with a house full of kids, seemed like I was never going to be able to keep the home showable at a moments notice. While a house is on the market, you have to maintain the home for that call that comes in letting you know it has a showing scheduled. I wanted to keep all my pretties displayed and loved the flow of our décor I created. Buyers don’t want to see all the personal belongings. In this picture you will see that we left just enough to still have a warm and cozy home feel with out the clutter. Personal pictures were removed, giving the potential buyer the ability to image their own family moments that can take place in the main gathering area of the home. The flow of this family room is open, bright, and inviting to the potential buyer
